Location so close to San Isidro or Miraflores and many restaurants and the Swissotel after traveling to Cusco and Machu Picchu. New-fashioned and huge rooms with private bathrooms. Smooth check in and EXCELLENT service overall.

Great quality place with free Wi-Fi and casual restaurant. Peaceful and magnificent location in San Isidro district really close to banks/shops, and a taxi for S45. Also, in the San Isidro area.

Really good Stay with Nice Amenities
Our recent visit was so great! The Premier King Room offered fine views and luxurious comfort. The on-site restaurant provided a good variety of breakfast options and we loved their rich chocolate treats. Be sure to explore nearby dining for even more local flavors!

The attention of the staff is impeccable. I was sick during my stay and they were concerned about making me as comfortable as possible. The breakfast, although expensive, is the best we have enjoyed during our trip to Peru. The fruit, just right and very tasty. Eggs made to taste and breads of all kinds. Natural juice. The bed, very comfortable. And the shower screen with a perfect pressure. The services: swimming pool, gym and spa, perfect to disconnect and finish a great trip. In fact, one of the best hotel gyms we've ever been to.
I insist, the services and attention were impeccable. However, my score to the hotel is low because there were 3 of us in the room, so we got an extra $90 for the 3rd person. This is correct, if it weren't for the fact that they didn't set up the room for this person: they were missing towels, slippers and other services they should have given us. When we complained, they didn't pay us anything because, according to them, we should have said so earlier. According to us, when you pay for a service, you expect not to have to complain and that they, as a five-star hotel, will give you the service. Service.

room was spacious, bed very comfortable. bathroom was clean and spacious too. attention of the staff was very friendly. spa was good, clean venue. jacuzzi and dry and wet saunas were very good. spacious gym well implemented, although the treadmill is not the best I have found compared to other hotels. excellent sushi restaurant and Locanda, I recommend them.. good breakfast buffet, it fulfills its purpose, nothing wonderful. In general the facilities are very nice.
At the gym they don't give out bottles of water, you have to carry your own and fill it with a jerry can that is narrow and barely fits the bottle. They also don't have rehydration drinks (as I've seen in other hotels), not even to buy. They don't have a store where you can buy a gatorade or any other drink. As for the pool, I would have liked it to be warmer, it was very cold considering that the weather was already starting to get colder. We wanted to have a massage at the spa and there was no room for the same day or the next day. A disappointment. They could tell you that you have to make an appointment well in advance. . As for the room, the only "but" is that it had a somewhat unpleasant smell since we entered. I wouldn't know how to describe it, but it wasn't pleasant, like the smell of confinement.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.
If the hotel were located in the Mira Flores area of Lima I would have been ecstatic.

The breakfast menu had plenty of healthy options, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. I loved the free upgrade they gave me to a spacious premier king room. They even provided a 'to go' breakfast for our early departure.

The welcome I recieved and the ease of check in. The hotel had arranged for a car to bring me from the airport as I was arriving at nearly midnight. There was a major business event going on that week but the tourist guests were not neglected. I was usually greeted by my name. I liked how professional the wait personnel were in bioth appearance as well as in service.
It was a little off the beaten track so to speak but easy enough to get to shopping areas.
